• Building Monitoring Systems: These are truly state-of-the-art systems that monitor multiple functions in the building such as water levels in the water tanks, electricity and generator consumption, elevator etc.
• Smoke Detectors and Fire Alarms: Added safety to the occupants of P T Gera Centre. These include alarms for the hearing impaired too.
• Lux Controlled External Lighting: This automatically switches on the common external lights of the building based on the ambient sunlight. The occupants need not depend on the Security personnel to do this.
• Load Splitting for the Generators: P T Gera Centre will have 2 DG sets. Each will be used based on the power needs of the building. This helps all occupants save on their backup power expenses. Additionally, the load splitting will take care of additional loads ensuring that the power backup is 100%.
• Energy Meters for your Generator Consumption: Each unit will have a separate Energy Meter. This will ensure that you pay only for your use of the Generator.
•  Sun Pipes: Sun Pipes will bring in natural sunlight into the dark areas of the building. Helps control electricity use during the day in the dark areas of the building such as the basement or the atrium.
